Chicago's 1st Annual Crap Redistribution

Hey Chicagoland burners! Come and get free stuff!

At Minimonk’s PreKomp on Saturday, August 2nd from 5-7:30pm, Pynecone is hosting Chicago's first annual crap redistribution!

Do you have crap sitting around your pad that you need to purge? Or maybe you just need that special something to spice up your room...THIS IS THE EVENT FOR YOU!

Here's the deal: if you've got crap that you no longer use/want/need that is in good enough condition that someone else would want it, bring it by, and let someone else take it home to enjoy. Ideas? Books, clothing, used electronics, unstuck stickers, PLAYA GEAR, camping equipment, kitchenwares, furniture, roller skates, bikes, fabric, plants, art, etc. If Goodwill will accept it, for sure bring it. If you have nothing to bring, but would like to take something home PLEASE COME BY - what doesn't get snatched up by takers will need to be carted off to a local charity at 6 pm. Please, if you bring cute little fuzzy animals, know that you will be reponsible for finding them new homes. Please bring your own folding tables or tarps to set stuff out on (or borrow from someone).

I will need volunteers to help load vehicles and drive stuff to the charity – everything must be cleared from Minimonk’s property...leave no trace! Please contact me at if you can help load &/or drive stuff to charity afterwards. Or, just drop a line to let me know you’re interested in participating!
